Over the years Capitol Tradeshow Services has had the privilege to be invited to bid on countless exhibit programs. While we haven’t won them all, the common factor of our successful bids has been the amount of comprehensive information provided by the exhibiting company providing the RFP. Providing details specific to your exhibit program such as budget (or at least a range), design guidelines, and even images of past exhibits that worked and didn’t work give CTS a clearer aim on the target, rather than shooting in the dark.
